The Influence of Interpersonal Communication, Coordination, and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at the Bilah Hulu Subdistrict Office

This study aims to analyze the influence of interpersonal communication, coordination, and organizational culture on employee performance at Bilah Hulu Subdistrict. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to all employees of Bilah Hulu Subdistrict, involving a total of 39 respondents. The data analysis techniques included validity testing, reliability testing, normality testing, multiple linear regression analysis, partial testing (t-test), simultaneous testing (F-test), and coefficient of determination analysis using SPSS software. The results indicate that interpersonal communication does not have a significant effect on employee performance at Bilah Hulu Subdistrict. In contrast, coordination and organizational culture have positive and significant effects on employee performance. Simultaneously, interpersonal communication, coordination, and organizational culture significantly influence employee performance. The coefficient of determination results show that interpersonal communication, coordination, and organizational culture are able to explain most of the variation in employee performance, while the remaining variation is influenced by other factors outside the research model. This study concludes that improving work coordination and strengthening organizational culture are important factors in enhancing employee performance at Bilah Hulu Subdistrict.
